Return and Refund Policy

We offer exchanges only for items up to 14 days after the delivery date. We are an eco conscious brand therefore only create items when they are purchased, therefore we do not offer refunds, unless faulty.

Exchanges must be in the original condition with tags in place. If you wish to return an item after 14 days of order delivery, we will be unable to provide a n exchange. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unfortunately. Please package items safely so they are not damaged in transit. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Send email to request which products you would like to exchange
2. Post the items back to us using a tracked option
